OCC currently commission the following services from Community Pharmacy:

Supervised Consumption

Smoking Cessation – From 1st April 2021, this service is provided by ICE under the local name Stop for Life. The service is based on a three-tiered Stop Smoking Plus model.

Condom Distribution
- Pharmacies can support the Condom “Safety Card” scheme by signing up to be a distribution and registration site.

These services are commissioned from those pharmacies on the “Dynamic Approved Provider List (DAPL)” and who have signed the Public Health Services Contract.

To join the DAPL the process is as follows:

Go to the South East Portal at https://sebp.due-north.com/
Select “Opportunities”
Under Organisations select “Oxfordshire County Council”
Then click “Dynamic Approved Provider List for Primary Community Care” and follow the instructions

The LPC recommends that all pharmacies register with this portal to receive notification of any tender or APL opportunities which may be relevant.
