Pharmacy staff can access free, confidential NHS mental health support through the following services:

Confidential, free to access service: Call 0800 069 6222 between 7:00am and 11:00pm, seven days a week, or Text FRONTLINE to 85258, 24/7. |
Alongside the above dedicated helpline, there are also a range of additional support offers in place for NHS staff through the regional Mental Health & Wellbing Hubs. They can help with a variety of issues including: feeling down, depressed or hopeless; sleep problems; having no interest in or enjoyment of anything; or eating too much or not enough:
