Mental Health support is available through the following services:

Berkshire

Talking Therapies is a friendly and approachable NHS service supporting over 22,000 people across Berkshire every year.

They offer treatment and support to people coping with a range of mental health difficulties like depression, stress, anxiety or phobias and also support with the emotional impact of long term physical health conditions such as long Covid, Diabetes and MS.

They’re open to people aged 17 and over, with no upper age limit and can support those registered with a GP practice in Berkshire.

Clients can refer themselves online without having to see their GP by completing a self-referral form at talkingtherapies.berkshirehealthcare.nhs.uk

Oxfordshire

Talking Space Plus offer a range of free talking therapies to over 14,000 people a year across Oxfordshire. They are part of the NHS and offer services to patients registered with an Oxfordshire GP.

TalkingSpace Plus was established in 2009 and has treated over 100,000 people suffering from low mood, anxiety and depression. They follow a stepped care model to decide which intervention is most appropriate for you.  They will always start with the least intensive treatment; often courses and groups.  Most adults refer themselves, which can be done on their web site here.
