The Health Triangle PCN (Ringmead Medical Practice, Evergreen Practice, Crownwood Medical Centre) welcomes Bracknell pharmacies to an educational evening learning more about cancer and how General Practice and Pharmacies can work collaboratively to aid earlier diagnosis of cancer.
As a PCN, we are very fortunate to have been selected as one of 4 pilot sites across the Thames Valley area to participate in the Cancer Quality Award Scheme (CQAS). This scheme is dedicated towards raising cancer care in all aspects: Prevention, Early Diagnosis, Living with Cancer and Palliative Care.
With the presence of Dr Anant Sachdev, Thames Valley Cancer Alliance Clinical Lead, we look forward to meeting with you and discussing innovative ideas about improving cancer care provision within our local community.
CLAIM 2 HOURS CPD, REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED.
