Solutions 4 Health would like to thank the pharmacies who have taken part in their CardioWellness4Slough programme, a CardioVascular Disease Prevention Programme aimed at Identifying, Assessing, Triaging and Referring at-risk residents of Slough to the appropriate programmes. They would like to encourage more pharmacies to take part and hope to work more closely together moving forward.
They will be running a health champions training event in Slough on Wednesday 4th of July, 6 pm at 224 Berwick Avenue Slough SL1 4QT and would encourage the health champions to participate in this.
