Pharmacists are invited to attend a meeting entitled “How to deliver an effective Medicine Service for anticoagulation – an educational meeting for Pharmacists” organised and funded by Pfizer.
The meeting will be chaired by Carol Trower and the main speakers will be Ms Victoria Price and Ms Mary Collins, Lead Pharmacists for Thrombosis and Anticoagulation Medicines Optimisation Project Oxford University.
