Make Every Contact Count (MECC) Training

This training will help you to develop the understanding and confidence to be able to make the most of the time you have to empower individuals to take the first steps to improve their lifestyle. Suitable for all grades of staff with no previous experience required, you will be encouraged to reflect on your communication skills, explore your beliefs about behaviour change and take your conversations down a different path.
Please note both sessions 1 & 2 need to be attended to gain the full RSPH accreditation in MECC Healthy Conversation Skills.
