TV LPF – Antibiotic Resistance: Where are we and what can we do about it?

The speaker Patrick Doyle has antimicrobial stewardship covering Frimley Park as well as Wexham Park hospital. He is a hospital pharmacist but has also worked in the army and in pharmacovigilance.  Patrick joined Wexham Park in 2007 as their first antimicrobial pharmacist before moving into medication safety and managing specialist clinical services which includes antimicrobials, palliative care and anticoagulation. His job has changed to include education and specialist purchasing but with continued involvement in antimicrobial stewardship.

Car Parking at the hospital – Entrance 4 is to the South side of the Hospital in Wexham Park Lane (marked psychiatry and maternity) off Church Lane.

Please note that the car park in front of the Postgraduate Centre has been dug up! The new parking instructions are to turn into Entrance 4 as before and then turn left into the pay and display car park on the left. The parking is £3.00 for 2 hours and £5.00 for 3 hours, exact money needed. From the entrance to the car park, walk across the road and you will see the Postgraduate Centre a few metres ahead and on the right.
